Kish Island is one of the Iranian islands founded after the flood of Prophet Noah peace be upon him, and administratively follows the province of Hormuz. Geographic Area: Its land area is 91.5 km² or 35.3 square miles. Geographical location: Located geographically in the middle of the Arabian Gulf, specifically between several countries such as the Sultanate of Oman, Persia, Iran and the United Arab Emirates. Astronomical location: It is located on a latitude 26 degrees north of the equator, along a 53-degree and 588-minute line east of the Greenwich Line. Climate: Its climate is characterized by a subtropical climate. Terrain: flat terrain free of mountains, high hills. Tourism on the island of Kish The island contains many elements of tourism, such as hotels ready to receive tourists, good transport, shopping and shopping centers, historical and archaeological sites, strategic location, security and political stability, and ranked fourth in terms of the most beautiful islands in the world, Tourist: The historical city of Hiraira: is one of the unique tourist places on the island because its history dates back to eight hundred years. Greek Ship: Located on the southern shore of the island, the wreckage of a cargo ship dating back to 19433. The city of Carrès: It is one of the most important remains of the old Iranian era, a tunnel that dates back 2,000 years and is underground. Deer Park: The area of two hectares, located next to the aquarium, contains many animals such as goats, sheep, monkey, deer, fox, deer, horse, lion, and bear. Dolphins Park: Located in the south east part of the island, the area is 100 hectares, part of which was opened in 1379 and contains several sections, such as the various plants, the bird section and the dolphin aquariums. In the future there is a hotel section, a children's games section, and a butterfly garden section. Aquarium Life in the Sea: Located on the Persian Gulf, where different marine life is seen. Bird Park: contains more than fifty-seven species of birds; such as African penguins, swans, chicks, ostriches, and parrots.
